How outdoor laser tag works.

Not a dark indoor arena: long-range kit across real woodland and buildings.

Long-range Guns

Lightweight electronic guns built for outdoor play, accurate over long distances across woodland and open ground.

The Sensor Is in the Gun

There's no vest or bulky pack. The built-in sensor records every hit, your lives and eliminations.

Unlimited Shots

No paintballs to buy, BBs to reload or darts to collect. Just play.

Goggles for the Woods

Nothing is fired, but goggles are worn because you're moving through real trees, branches and structures.

Missions, Not Just Shooting

Your instructor explains each game's objective, lives and scoring before it starts.

Real Battlefields

Selected zones such as the Village, the Bunker, the Airfield and the Bridge, chosen for your group on the day.

How much is outdoor laser tag near York?

Outdoor laser tag at Yorkshire Outdoor Activity Park costs £25 per person for a private 90-minute session, including a long-range gun, camouflage clothing and goggles.

Does laser tag hurt?

No. No physical projectile is fired. Hits are recorded electronically by the sensor built into the laser tag gun.

Read the guide: Paintball vs airsoft vs laser tag: which should you choose?

Is the session private?

Yes. Every standard laser tag booking is private to your group.

Do we wear vests?

Outdoor laser tag is for age 12 and above. For younger children, Junior Laser Tag runs from School Year 1.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. The instructor explains the equipment, the scoring and every game before play begins.

Does it go ahead in the rain?

Yes, it normally continues in rain and cold weather. If we postpone for safety, you'll be offered another date or booking credit.

Is laser tag good for a hen party?

Very. It's active and competitive, with no paint, no impact, no ammunition to buy and no experience needed.
