Booking, changes and cancellations: how it works

The short answer.

Book online and pay in full, or book by phone with a £100 deposit and pay the balance the week before. Cancel more than 14 days before your date for a full refund. Within 14 days, payments aren’t refunded, but the park will always try to move your date.

Online: paid in full. Phone: £100 deposit, balance the week before. More than 14 days’ notice: full refund.

Rain doesn’t normally stop play. If the park postpones for safety, you get a new date or booking credit.

Booking, step by step.

  1. Step oneChoose and pick a dateChoose your activity, package and group size, then pick a date and time from live availability.
  2. Step twoPayOnline bookings are paid in full. One organiser can pay for the whole group.
  3. Step threeGet your confirmationYour booking is confirmed when you receive it. Until then, a date isn’t guaranteed.
  4. Step fourShare the participant formFrom your booking portal. Everyone e-signs their own, and a parent or guardian signs for under-18s.

Changing or cancelling.

  • More than 14 days beforePayments are refunded in full, unless a deposit was clearly described as non-refundable before you paid.
  • 14 days or less beforePayments aren’t refunded, because there isn’t enough time to re-book the session.
  • Need to move your date?Tell the park as soon as possible. They’ll always try to help, subject to availability.
  • Not turning upDoesn’t create a right to a refund.

Bookings for leisure activities on a specific date are excluded from the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This doesn’t affect your other statutory rights.

Weather and postponements.

Ordinary rain, cold and light snow don’t normally stop play. The park may change, postpone or cancel an activity because of high winds, lightning, unsafe site conditions or events outside its control. If it postpones for safety, you’re offered a new date or booking credit.

Group sizes.

  • MinimumsMost activities have a minimum booking size, shown on each activity page.
  • Fewer than the minimum?Call 01757 289322. Smaller groups can sometimes join an existing session.
  • Fewer turn up than booked? That doesn’t create a refund for the unused places.

Event days with partners.

Some events are booked through partners, whose booking terms apply alongside the park’s site and safety rules: Paintball Walk-on Days through the 1989 Club, Airsoft Skirmish Days through Halo Mill, and Zombie Uprising through Zombie Uprising.
