1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used. We ask for your permission before using any cookies that aren't essential.
2Essential cookies (always on)
These make the website and booking process work, and remember your cookie choices:
- cmplz_* : remember the choices you made in our cookie banner (up to 1 year)
- _lscache_vary : lets our caching system show you the right version of a page (session)
- woocommerce_* and wp_woocommerce_session_* : keep your booking and basket working during checkout (session to 2 days)
3Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it. It shows us things like which pages are visited, not who you are.
- _ga : distinguishes visitors (2 years)
- _ga_<ID> : keeps track of a session (2 years)
4Marketing cookies (only with your consent)
These help us understand which pages, searches or adverts led to a booking, so we can spend our marketing sensibly.
- sbjs_* : records how you arrived at the site (for example from a search or advert), linked to bookings by WooCommerce order attribution (session to a few months)
If we run online advertising (such as Google Ads), its measurement cookies are also only used with your consent.
5Videos and other websites
Our videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Pressing play means YouTube may set its own cookies. Links to Google Maps or social media take you to those sites, which have their own cookie policies.
6Changing your choices
Use "Manage consent" below, or the cookie button on any page, to change your choices at any time. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will then ask you again.
